For over 35 years, Playhouse Stage Company has brought the magic of live theatre to the Capital Region—free of charge—through our beloved summer productions at Albany’s Park Playhouse. We do this because we believe that theatre should be accessible to all, inspiring audiences of all backgrounds.

But we need your help to do it again this year!

Recent summers have been especially tough. Unpredictable weather has forced cancellations, cutting into critical revenue. Storms have damaged sets and equipment, creating unexpected costs that strain our ability to continue delivering the high-quality productions our community has come to love.

As we prepare to present the Rodgers & Hammerstein classic Oklahoma at Park Playhouse in July, we are asking for your support of our 2025 Setting the Stage Campaign.

Your donation ensures that we can keep this Capital Region tradition alive and strong. It means young performers will continue to learn, grow, and shine through our youth arts programs. It means families can keep experiencing the joy of theatre at the historic Cohoes Music Hall, including this summer’s
